About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld! The safety of our guests is our top priority, so this role requires superb attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact positively with guests. Responsibilities include promoting and running poolside activities to create memorable experiences.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic. If not, we will support you in obtaining your NPLQ qualification, providing all the necessary training to start your career in lifeguarding.

About You

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can engage and relate to a diverse range of people. You should be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times. Previous lifeguard experience is a plus, but we are happy to support your training for the NPLQ qualification.

You will work as part of a team but may also supervise areas independently. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential qualities, as you will be an important part of our team.
