Job Title: Lifeguard at Star Hub, Cardiff

GLL is seeking dedicated Lifeguards to join our team at Star Hub in Cardiff. This role is more than just a job—it's a career opportunity for those passionate about swimming, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise pool activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
2. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area.
3. Set up and manage equipment as needed.
4. Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.
5. Support the team in preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities and maintaining the centre's cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Strong focus on customer service.
• Passion for swimming and safety.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Possession of a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and up-to-date training records, or willingness to undertake training (training can be provided after passing a swim test).
