Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Structure Control and Configuration Engineer to manage product structures and ensure configuration integrity across the lifecycle. You will work with Design and Development teams and interface with customers and suppliers to implement changes and maintain data integrity.

In this role you will lead change management, perform mass-property analyses, and ensure conformance to configuration policies within a defence-oriented design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of configuration and change management across multi-discipline engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Clear, effective communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product and development structures across lifecycle.
• Lead change management and approve change packages.
• Define interfaces with customers and suppliers for data exchange.
• Analyse mass properties and integrate into assemblies/engines.
