Job summary

Kao Data is seeking a Technical Operations & Lifecyl Replacement (LCRP) Manager to develop and deliver the lifecycle replacement strategy for critical data centre infrastructure. The role blends operational engineering assurance, asset risk, capital planning and end-to-end project delivery in live facilities.

You will lead projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring resilience, capacity, and compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical operations, engineering asset management or capital project delivery in data centres.
• Experience delivering complex M&E replacement or upgrade projects in live facilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, resilience and risk.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Lifecycle Replacement Programme (LCRP) with priorities, budgets and milestones.
• Develop risk-based asset replacement methodologies and plan updates.
• Lead end-to-end projects from design through handover and review.
• Coordinate live-site replacement works while protecting resilience and customer commitments.
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors including scope and procurement.
• Provide executive-level reports on status, risks and forward investment.
