As part of the Owned Growth team covering 9 European markets, you’ll contribute to campaigns, localisation and experimentation while gaining mentorship from senior operators at a company that values practical impact and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record from a leading university.
• Interest in lifecycle marketing, CRM or owned growth.
• Experience with writing campaign copy is a plus.
• Curious about AI tooling and agentic workflows.
• Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with attention to copy and links.
• Interest in learning lifecycle marketing and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Build campaigns and journeys in Braze from one-off sends to multi-step canvases.
• Help bring lifecycle campaigns to life across email, in-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp and content cards.
• Localise campaigns at scale with Lokalise across up to 9 markets.
• Support test-and-learn programmes by setting up testing and analysing results.
• Use AI as a core part of the workflow with agents in Braze canvases.
• Get close to merchants by listening to customer calls and shadowing sales teams.
• Bring fresh thinking with ideas, copy and experiments.
