Job summary

WorldFirst seeks a Marketing Intern to support the EMEA team on integrated campaigns across channels and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The role offers hands-on experience with a FinTech brand and exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, with mentorship from senior marketers across regions.

You will contribute to product marketing projects, conduct market research, and help craft content for web, social, and email channels for cross-border SME audiences, while being based in London for three

Qualifications

Recent graduate from university.
Genuine curiosity about business, fintech, and marketing; no prior experience required.
Interest in AI and using AI tools regularly.
Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin helpful.
Self-starter who asks questions and seeks learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Support the EMEA marketing team on integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Assist with lifecycle marketing initiatives — onboarding flows to retention campaigns.
Contribute to product marketing projects, including go-to-market support for new features.
Research market trends and competitor activity across key EMEA markets.
Help create content for web, social, and email channels for cross-border SME needs.
Get trained on our AI marketing platform and support rollout of AI use cases.
Collaborate with regional marketers on localised campaign adaptations.
Track campaign performance and help build reports for reviews.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh perspectives.
