Job summary

Lawes Consulting Group is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage renewal portfolios for life sciences clients across Property, Liability and related risks. Based in the United Kingdom, you will oversee mid-market to multinational programmes, maintaining broker and client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk engineering and distribution teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to portfolio performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing broker and client relationships in insurance.
• Solid Property & Casualty underwriting experience; knowledge of PI and Cyber beneficial.
• Experience with multinational programmes desirable and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal portfolios across Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity and Cyber risks for life sciences clients, from mid-market to multinational programmes.
• Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships to support retention, growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk engineering and distribution teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Contribute to portfolio performance through disciplined underwriting and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policy standards and internal governance processes.
• Support multinational programmes and cross-functional initiatives within a specialist commercial insurance environment.
