Job summary

Gate One is seeking a Life Sciences Manager to lead complex, high-value engagements across brand strategy, launch excellence and commercial transformation for pharma and biotech clients. You will develop senior client relationships, coach consultants, contribute to business development and shape Gate One's Life Sciences practice, embedding empathy, grit and entrepreneurial spirit.

Candidates should have 6+ years in management consulting within Life Sciences and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

6+ years in management consulting, with Life Sciences sector focus.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end engagements across brand strategy, launches and transformation.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Experience building credibility with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
Experience contributing to business development and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage major transformation and strategy engagements for pharma and life sciences.
Develop trusted senior client relationships and guide cross-functional teams.
Coach, develop and mentor consultants within a values-driven culture.
Support growth through account development and proposition development.
