Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting and/or pharmaceutical/biotech/med tech.
- Track record in Commercial Strategy; Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access; Digital Therapeutics; Real World Evidence; New Product Planning & Licensing.
- Client-facing experience and ability to lead workshops and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams and across regions/countries.
- Thought leadership through writing (blogs, white papers) or speaking engagements.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple clients and project teams across the commercial value chain.
- Partnering with clients on franchise/portfolio strategy, asset positioning, launches and pricing strategies.
- Delivering high-quality engagements with clear scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Building trusted relationships with new and existing clients and identifying opportunities.
- Supporting resource allocation and mentoring junior team members.
- Driving internal initiatives and contributing to thought leadership.
