Meet Life Sciences in London is seeking energetic sales professionals to build a recruitment sales career. You will win new business, manage client relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process, from prospecting to placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, telesales or another target-driven role is highly preferred.
• A degree is optional.

Responsibilities

• Winning new business: identify prospective clients, make cold calls and pitch Meet’s recruitment services.
• Building client relationships: speak with hiring managers, understand recruitment needs and secure opportunities.
• Developing your market: build a network, identify commercial opportunities and grow repeat business.
• Finding and engaging candidates: use outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals and advertising to connect with suitable people.
• Negotiating and closing: negotiate recruitment fees, support salary discussions and manage offers through to acceptance.
• Working towards targets: meet clear activity, business development and revenue goals.
• Managing your pipeline: keep accurate records and follow up consistently with clients and candidates.
