Responsibilities

• Learn the recruitment process through hands-on training and day-to-day coaching.
• Source and engage with candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation.
• Develop an understanding of client requirements, roles and company cultures.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development through calls, emails and networking.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records.
• Stay up to date with life sciences industry trends and market developments.
• Shadow experienced consultants and learn best practices across recruitment, sales and relationship management.
• Take on increasing responsibility and ownership as your skills develop.
