Apsida Life Science in Redhill is hiring an entry-level Associate Recruitment Consultant. The role combines sales and talent sourcing, with hands-on training and mentorship to learn the recruitment process from the ground up.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 5 days per week, 1-day WFH

The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Redhill office. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is interested in sales and recruitment and wants to build a long-term career within the industry.

You’ll work closely with Alex Coppen, who will provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship as you learn the fundamentals of recruitment. You’ll gain experience across candidate sourcing, interviewing, client development, business development and relationship management, with increasing responsibility as you progress.

You’ll initially work alongside Alex and the wider team, learning how to identify and engage with candidates, understand client requirements, and support the recruitment process. As your knowledge and confidence develops, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own clients and candidates and progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role.

No degree or previous recruitment experience is required. We’re looking for attitude, ambition, and a genuine willingness to learn.
