Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1-2 years in a sales, customer service or target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate resilience, determination and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates across your specialist market.
• Source and attract high-quality talent using recruitment tools, networking and market mapping.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews to assess suitability for opportunities.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support at every stage.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare candidates to perform at their best.
• Work closely with senior consultants and managers to understand client hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines within our recruitment systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Develop specialist knowledge of the Life Sciences market and become a trusted advisor within your niche.
• Support offer negotiations and help candidates secure new opportunities.
