Are you a recent Life Sciences graduate looking for your first commercial role?

Have you gained customer service experience through a part-time job, placement or previous role?

The Role

As part of the Customer Service team, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the wider sales team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and quotations
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Resolving customer queries and escalating technical issues when required
• Supporting the field sales team with administration and customer communications
• Maintaining accurate customer information and pricing
• Helping to improve customer service processes

You'll have:

• A Life Sciences degree (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer service experience gained through work, placements or alongside your studies
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
