Job summary

CP Management Solutions LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead the electrical installation on a major life sciences project in Norwich. You will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure the works are delivered to the programme while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a proactive approach to health and safety, with a track record of delivering complex electrical projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Construction Manager or senior electrical site manager.
• Strong electrical installation experience on complex projects.
• Experience in life sciences or similarly demanding environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical construction and installation activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and other trades to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor progress against the programme and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure all works comply with regulations, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
