Core Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead electrical installation activities on a major life sciences project in Norwich. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, monitor programme, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Construction Manager or senior electrical site manager.
• Strong background in electrical installation on technically demanding projects.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or data-centric environments is advantageous.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, specs, and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site electrical construction and installation activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and other trades.
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve schedule issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain high health, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering and commissioning teams.
• Review drawings and installation methods to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain site documentation and progress updates.
