Job summary

ARC Group Worldwide is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead the electrical delivery on major laboratory, healthcare and technically complex building projects in East Anglia, with Norfolk and Cambridgeshire exposure.

You will manage on-site electrical construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and work with project teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery to required standards. Travel across the region is expected, with long-term opportunities in a Tier 1 setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical construction activities on sizeable projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial building services and electrical installations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site-based electrical teams.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to managing programme, quality and safety.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and site management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical construction activities on site and coordinate subcontractors.
• Plan and sequence works to meet programmes and milestones.
• Work with project managers, QS, design teams and wider construction team.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specs.
• Review drawings and installation requirements to inform on-site works.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover through to completion.
• Ensure works comply with health, safety and environmental requirements.
