Job summary

Bio-Techne is recruiting for a 12-month fixed-term Customer Services role in the UK. The position handles incoming sales enquiries, orders, quotations and aftersales support. You will work closely with Sales, Accounts, Despatch, and Technical Service to ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial contact through delivery.

The role requires fluent English, strong IT skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. 37.5 hours per week, Bristol or Abingdon location, salary £19,600–£31,500.

Qualifications

• General education passes in English and Maths.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in a customer focused environment.
• Proficient IT skills, including ERP/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for incoming sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and live-chat.
• Process sales orders accurately received by various channels.
• Raise customer quotations and coordinate stock returns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, Despatch and Technical Service to support customers.
• Provide timely answers to order queries and offer solutions.
• Manage backorder and new account processes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Ensure the customer database is updated and order follow-up is conducted.
