Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Instruments and Contracts Coordinator to own contract management and order processing for UK, Ireland, Nordics and Netherlands. The role is based onsite in Little Chalfont and reports into the MSC Governance and Finance Manager.

You will manage renewals, instrument orders, and consumables via Oracle, delivering excellent customer service and collaborating across UK/EU teams to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Outstanding planning and organizational skills with evidence of creation and execution of successful performance.
• Strong communication, with the ability to engage with internal or external customers, peers and management in a complex environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with an ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all aspects of Contract Management, Instrument & Consumable order handling using Oracle systems as part of a Managed Service team supporting customers within the NHS.
• Provide excellent customer experience, being knowledgeable about your job, and giving the customer your best to create loyalty.
• Build relationships within the organization across many teams (UK and EU), ensuring contract performance and driving continual improvements.
