Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Life Sciences Program Executive to lead high-impact, enterprise-scale AI and digital transformations for our strategic Life Sciences customers. You will govern multi-year programs, manage end-to-end delivery, and align executive stakeholders to business outcomes.

Within the Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub, you will drive P&L, partner with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI workflows to accelerate customer value and operational modernization, while ensuring

Qualifications

12+ years of professional services or management consulting delivery with enterprise program accountability.
5+ years of Life Sciences industry experience (pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare).
Proven track record leading large enterprise programs ($10M+ scope) from inception through readiness.
Hands-on experience applying AI productivity tools within program delivery contexts.
Proven experience managing program P&L, earned value metrics, revenue forecasting, and margins.
Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams across regions without formal authority.
Executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for steering committees.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program delivery and execution for multi-million-dollar Life Sciences transformations.
Lead executive steering committees and maintain trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and IT leaders.
Define program strategy, governance, delivery methodologies, and success metrics aligned with outcomes.
Manage engagement P&L, contracts, revenue forecasting, and margins.
