Job summary

Scott Brownrigg is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to guide projects from brief to completion, combining strategic insight, technical expertise and leadership. You will work with clients, project teams and stakeholders to facilitate workshops, translate concepts into deliverables and uphold the design vision across all stages.

Essential experience includes Life Science sector work at Associate level, strong CAD/Revit capability, and solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and town

Qualifications

• RIBA, ARB or equivalent registered Architect with experience of working within the UK Building Regulations.
• Proven experience in running a variety of large scale and complex projects simultaneously at all stages.
• Experience of working within a range of different sectors.
• Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types.
• Working knowledge of town planning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from initial client brief through to completion, combining strategic thinking, technical expertise and strong leadership.
• Facilitate briefing workshops and translate design concepts into deliverable solutions.
• Ensure design vision and quality standards are reflected at every stage of the project.
• Contribute to business development through commercially successful bids.
• Mentor and support teams and champion continuous improvement of Scott Brownrigg's management systems.
