Job summary

Sheppard Robson is recruiting for Senior Architects and Associates with Life science typology experience to join our London offices. The role involves technically designing and delivering signature projects within the sector (UK).

The ideal candidate would coordinate and deliver laboratories, working with the consultant team, client representative, and contractor across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience of laboratory design or other technically challenging environments such as clean rooms.
• RIBA Stage 4 Delivery.
• Leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver laboratories in line with Technical & Qualitative Brief.

We are recruiting for Senior Architects and Associates who have experience with Life science typology to join our London offices. The is an excellent & unique opportunity to be part of an experienced and talented team technically designing and delivering signature projects within the sector (UK).

The ideal candidate would be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering laboratories in line with Technical & Qualitative Brief. Working with and managing the consultant team, client representative, Contractor (incl. supply chain) and wider client team.

Experience & Skills

• Experience of laboratory design or design of other technically challenging environments such as clean rooms is required.
• RIBA Stage 4 Delivery
• 3-6 years post qualification experience
• Good design and technical skills
• Excellent organisational, communications and client-facing skills
• Leadership and project management skills
• Strong Revit skills essential
• ARB/RIBA/RIAS registered
• UK experienced

The salary is dependent on the successful applicant's experience and qualifications.
