Qualifications

- A strong team player
- Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy
- A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Help with daily activities and accompany on community trips.
- Drive the company vehicle if holding a full UK driver’s licence (or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more).
