Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help them live independently by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

A company vehicle is available for transport, requiring a full UK driving license (or 2+ years of UK driving). Starting rates are £13.12 per hour, with levels increasing to £14.12 per hour for experienced staff.

Formación

• Must have a genuine passion for care and contribute to others' progression
• Be a strong team player with resilience and confidence to seek support
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
• Computer literacy is required for daily tasks
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with daily activities to support independence
• Accompany individuals on community trips and activities
• Operate company vehicle for transport (must have a full UK driving licence or 2+ years UK driving)
• Participate in training and competency development programs
