Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Life Practitioners to join our Adult Residential Home in Surrey. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and joining them on community outings to promote independent living.

Role requires compassionate care, teamwork, and good communication. A company vehicle is available; drivers must hold a UK licence. Generous progression and DBS-funded training are provided, with pay bands based on experience.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• Strong team player.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to help them live independently.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community and during activities.
• Drive the company vehicle with a full UK driving licence or equivalent experience.
