Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join The Gables in Swinderby, Lincoln. The role focuses on supporting adults with severe learning disabilities to live independent lives, assisting with daily activities and community activities.

A company vehicle is provided for transport, and you must hold a full UK driving licence (or have been driving in the UK for 2+ years). Starting rates range from £13.12 to £14.12 per hour, with progression through a competency framework.

Our AdultSupported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at The Gables, Swinderby, Lincoln

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.12
