Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking Life Practitioners for Keyll House in Surrey to support adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips, using a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Roles include driving a company vehicle (UK licence required) and opportunities to progress through a competency framework to higher pay bands.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Keyll House, based In Surrey.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.17 and for those with experience it’s £15.25

Level 1 - £14.17, Level 2 - £14.71, Level 3 £15.25
