Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Salisbury House in East Markham to support adults with complex needs. You will assist with daily activities, accompany people on community trips, and help them live more independent lives.

Our Adult ResidentialHome is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Salisbury House in East Markham

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.12

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
