Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking Life Practitioners for Cala Sona in Swinderby, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, help them pursue independence, and accompany them on community activities.

The role offers progression through a competency framework and hourly rates starting at £13.12, rising to £14.12 with experience. A company vehicle is provided for transport where needed.

Job description

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Cala Sona in Swinderby, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.12
