Job summary

CareerStone is seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to service an existing client bank and maximise review opportunities. You will work with the founders to support clients and growth opportunities while maintaining high service standards.

The role offers hybrid working from the Borehamwood office with access to an established client base and strong commission splits to reward performance.

Existing Client Bank | Quality Opportunities | Up to 75% Commission Split

Are you a Protection Adviser frustrated by having to generate all your own leads?

We're working with a growing, client-focused brokerage that has spent the last six years building a substantial client bank and is now looking for an experienced adviser to help service existing clients and maximise review opportunities.

This isn't a cold-start opportunity. You'll have access to an established client base, quality opportunities and support from the business owners as you build your pipeline.

• Up to 75% commission on self-generated business
• 50% starting split on company-provided opportunitie
• Accelerators to 60% & 70% over £25,000 on risk & £50,000 on risk
