Job summary

Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Protection Broker to join a well-established financial services provider. You will advise clients on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, and Income Protection, working closely with mortgage brokers to deliver a joined-up protection solution.

This role offers flexibility in how you work and the potential for strong earnings through uncapped commission, with a base up to £35k.

Up to £35k Basic + Uncapped Commission - Strong six figure earning potential

We're looking for an experienced Protection Broker to join a well-established and highly respected financial services provider. You will work closely with a team of mortgage brokers, providing professional, customer-focused protection advice to clients across Life Insurance, Critical Illness, and Income Protection.

You'll work closely alongside the mortgage advisers, picking up warm client relationships and ensuring every client's protection needs are properly understood and met - not just tacked on as an afterthought to their mortgage.

This is a role for a genuinely experienced protection professional who takes pride in doing right by clients, wants flexibility in how they work, and is motivated by strong, uncapped earning potential.
