You’ll work closely with residents, families and colleagues to tailor plans to individual needs and interests.

The role emphasises creativity, initiative, and compassionate care. A friendly, flexible, and team‑oriented approach is essential to thrive in our welcoming homes in England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential, demonstrating ability to positively influence others and communicate effectively with residents.
• A natural ability to build rapport, understand residents' needs, and compile social care plans to support them.
• Bring creativity and initiative to the role, constantly seeking new ways to enhance residents' lives.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and retain information accurately.
• A genuine passion for helping others lead fulfilling lives in a varied and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and organise a diverse range of activities based on the needs, wishes, and desires of residents.
• Liaise with residents, relatives, and colleagues to encourage involvement in planned activities and promote social interaction.
• Every interaction with residents is an opportunity to make a positive impact and enhance their quality of life.
• Work as part of a supportive team, sharing ideas and initiatives to continuously improve residents' experiences.
