Sellick Partnership is sourcing a Licensing Partner for a leading UK law firm in Manchester. The role requires a senior licensing lawyer with an established client following to drive growth and maintain exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Licensing Act 2003, a commercial mindset, and strong relationship-building skills to advise on premises licences, applications, variations and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising on Licensing Act 2003 and related regulatory matters.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Commercial, proactive approach with ability to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of licensing and regulatory matters for a diverse client base.
• Act for commercial and public sector clients in licensing applications, variations, reviews and hearings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and disputes where required.
