The Shared Regulatory Service operates across the three partner Councils, Bridgend, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan under a single management structure. The Service is normally accountable to a Joint Committee of Elected Members; however, this role will require the post holder to serve the Licensing and Public Protection Committees of each partner council and in some instances the scrutiny committee on corporate matters.

About The Role

Pay Details:

Grade 7, SCP 20 - 25 / £33,673 - £37,563 p.a.

Hours of Work:

37 hours per week / 5 days a week

Main Place of Work:

Multiple Locations across the SRS. Primarily Cardiff.

Description:

Respond to a wide range of Licensing Enforcement issues including complaints and carry out investigations. Candidates will process complex applications and provide education and advice to businesses. The post is predominantly based in Cardiff but may be required to cover the SRS region.
