The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team or independently to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)
• Minimum 3 years in residential conveyancing
• Experience with title reviews, pre-contract searches, and plot sales
