Job summary

Eansor Auto Group is seeking a Licensed or Apprentice Service Technician for Forest Ford in Forest. Join a shop culture focused on quality workmanship, diagnostics, and strong customer service.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. Apprentices will be mentored while licensed technicians contribute hours and guide younger teammates. Shift is 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Holds an Automotive Service Technician Apprenticeship Agreement with the College of Trades or will register with Forest Ford.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class G) and a clean driving record.
• Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
• Ability to take direction and eagerness to learn and ask questions.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• 310s or 310t license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
• Perform road test and safety inspections.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Eansor Auto Group is looking for a Licensed orApprentice Service Technician in Forest at Forest Ford!

If you take pride in your work, have strong diagnostic skills, and are committed to providing quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service. Our Technicians are responsible for working closely with the rest of the service team to learn and execute on activities as assigned by the Service Advisor. Apprentices should be motivated to learn, expand their skill set, and be open to feedback. Licensed techs should be ready to contribute hours to the shop and participate in mentoring the younger apprentices.

Job Duties:

Wage: $20-29 hourly
