Job summary

TrustFord in the United Kingdom is seeking an Automotive Technician to deliver high standards of service and maintenance on customer vehicles, including EVs as needed.

You’ll join a major Ford dealership with a comprehensive induction, ongoing training (IMI Level 3), and a benefits package that includes a performance bonus, generous leave, a pension, and staff discounts.

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Have a full valid driving licence and NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Ideally hold MOT testing qualification and some main dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical service and maintenance for TrustFord customers.
• Carry out diagnostics, repair work and servicing to a high standard.
• Complete training up to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance within the first year.

About You:

• To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our TrustFord customers.
• Have a full valid driving licence, an NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Have previous Automotive Technician experience. Ideally, you’ll also have an MOT testing qualification and some main dealership experience.

During your first 12 months of Employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.
