Job summary

TSR Legal, a well-established high street law firm in Merthyr Tydfil, is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload of sales and purchases, handling 30–35 new files per month, and collaborate with a team of conveyancers and assistants to deliver high-quality service.

Applicants may be qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently is essential.
• Applications welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Well-organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Manage approximately 30–35 new files per month, covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Work closely with legal assistants to ensure smooth file progression.
• Provide clear communication and updates to clients and third parties throughout the process.

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, busy high street law firm looking to grow their successful conveyancing team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer. Whether you’re a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Fee Earner –

You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team of 4 Residential Conveyancers and 4 Legal Assistants, working together to deliver a high-quality service to a loyal client base.

The Role:

Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

Managing approximately 30–35 new files per month, covering a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Working closely with legal assistants to ensure smooth file progression

Providing clear communication and updates to clients and third parties throughout the process

Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

About You:
