Job summary

Decypher in England seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counseling, psychotherapy, and evidence-based behavioral health treatments to individuals, families, and groups at the Lakenheath Health Clinic. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals.

The role requires CSWE-accredited MSW, active LCSW license, BLS, and at least two years post-MSW experience in a clinical

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program
• Current, full, active license to practice as an LCSW
• BLS certification required
• Two years post-MSW experience in clinical/treatment setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals to community and government services
• Independently assess psychosocial functioning and develop treatment plans
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide therapy to diverse populations
• Provide counseling to individuals, groups, families and couples
• Offer consultation to staff on psychosocial needs and treatment impact
• Participate in peer review, research or other professional activities
