Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a major UK defence organisation based in Wolverhampton. The role covers maintenance on military aircraft, diagnostics and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, ensure Part 145 compliance, and support career development through training, progression and security clearance opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out aircraft engineering and both line and depth maintenance activities to meet contractual requirements, ensuring compliance with Part 145 and other legislation. This varied role would suit a Licensed Aircraft Engineer from either a civilian or military background looking to join a global leading engineering company offering an exciting workload and unrivalled training and progression.

The Role:

• Liaise with and supervise team members to maintain high standards of safety and delivery
• Undertake diagnostics and continuous improvement work
