University of Nottingham Libraries, Student Support is seeking friendly, customer‑focused staff to join the frontline team across our five libraries. You will welcome users, assist with enquiries, and support students, staff and visitors in person and online.

Working on a rota basis, you will help keep library spaces inclusive and productive, assist with IT systems and self‑service machines, and ensure a positive experience during peak periods such as exams.

• Welcome users and respond to queries in person or online
• Assist with IT systems, self-service machines, print/copy/scan devices
• Help supervise library spaces to maintain inclusive and productive study environments
• Support students, staff and visitors during peak periods such as exams
