Extended hours library assistants are key to continuing delivery of a high standard of library service during weekday evenings and weekends.
The role requires the ability to answer user enquiries in person and online, and to interact successfully with a wide variety of people. You should be able to work as a member of the team while taking personal responsibility for completing your assigned tasks. You will have good IT and social media skills, excellent attention to detail and have experience of working in a customer service environment.
This role is campus based and the successful candidate will work 2 evenings per week from 16:45 - 21:00, on Wednesday and Thursday.
