Etone College is seeking a Librarian/Resource Centre Co-Ordinator to lead the Library and Resource Centre, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting reading across the school. You will support staff in literacy development, run engaging reading initiatives, and provide admin assistance as required.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to work with other resource centre managers across the trust.

• A good communicator, both verbal and written.
• Capable on a computer and willing to learn new software/tools.
• Passionate about reading and promoting literacy.
• Creative in encouraging pupils to become lifelong readers.
