A leading mental health services provider in Ashford is looking for experienced senior psychiatry practitioners. Responsibilities include accepting referrals, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing patients with complex needs. Ideal candidates will be registered mental health professionals with sufficient post-registration experience and a commitment to providing exceptional care. Join our well established Liaison Psychiatry team, who are diligent in creating effective care plans and comprehensive clinical strategies focused on delivering exceptional care for people with acute mental health needs.
We welcome applications from highly motivated and experienced senior psychiatry practitioners who are capable of building and supporting teams of practitioners with effective decision making and communication skills. The ability to facilitate timely interventions and provide specialist assessment that will enhance the best outcome and recovery for adults (18years+) is vital in this role.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced /registered mental health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with post registration experience of working in mental health. You must have completed practice supervision, be educated to degree level and have or be working towards a level 7 Masters qualification.
