Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites applications for a two-year Liaison Engineering Graduate Programme starting September 2027. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing and digital innovation, with live projects from day one and opportunities for international placements within the BMW Group.

You will work across Plant Goodwood and Munich Engineering, applying AI and data-driven methods to improve processes and delivery, while developing a wide professional network

Qualifications

• A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
• Proactive mindset with passion for learning, emerging technology and improving processes.
• Broad strategic outlook across process, data and systems as well as engineering and manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured and creative approaches; resilient to iterate.
• Interest in AI applications in engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support management of engineering topics across the department, contributing to root-cause analysis and robust solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving using structured methodologies.
• Manage and ensure integrity of engineering data, Bills of Materials, and release processes.
• Identify and develop digital tools and process automation solutions, including AI.
