Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites applications for its Engineering and Technology Graduate Programme. Over 24 months you rotate through engineering gigs across divisions, building skills in mechanical systems, software, electronics and safety.

You will gain practical experience, a dedicated coach, and exposure to real projects while developing leadership capabilities. Starting salary is £31,000 with a £2,000 joining bonus, and the scheme includes hybrid working with on-site days and relocation support where

Qualifications

• A degree in any STEM subject or joint honours combining STEM with business or economics.
• Strong passion for the future of technology.
• Willingness to travel between sites for rotations.
• Flexible and curious with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational gigs across engineering lifecycle.
• Work on projects spanning mechanical, software, electrical and safety domains.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and learn through on-the-job training.
• Deliver hands-on experience in workshops and simulations.
