We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Technicians working on a hybrid basis. An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Simply Business liability team. We are seeking individuals with previous liability claims handling experience or from an insurance background. Simply Business, is an online broker with more than 20 Insurers on their panel. The dedicated team handle property damage, employer’s liability, public liability, personal accident, legal expenses and home emergency claims, handling claims up to £10,000 at the desk. You will manage Third Party Property Damage claims, making informed decisions and taking claims through to settlement.

• Experience in managing claims across liability areas: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills: You will interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to professional development: A dedication to working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification is essential.
