Job Responsibilities

1. Working from a home base covering the Northern Home Counties/North London region, you will be responsible for a caseload of up to 80 files consisting of Liability losses.
2. These losses will include EL, PL, Products, and Construction Liability claims.
3. You will undertake site investigations and manage claims on a cradle-to-grave basis, liaising with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and other experts.
4. You will determine the correct liability outcome, control indemnity spend, and negotiate claim resolutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous Liability Loss Adjusting experience with a proven track record is essential.
• Knowledge of CAR and Tree root claims is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Progression towards professional qualifications is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good organizational abilities are required.
