Job Opportunity: Liability Adjuster (Home-Based, Scotland)

Our developing Loss Adjusting Unit within the national claims management business is seeking to expand its Liability Division by appointing an additional home-based adjuster operating throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling a diverse range of injury and third-party property damage losses on both a cradle-to-grave basis and through investigation and reporting, primarily for Lloyd's and London Market clients.
2. Managing the full spectrum of Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) losses, including personal injury and property damage claims.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a liability adjuster within a loss adjusting practice.
• Capable of dealing with a wide range of EL and PL losses related to personal injury and property damage.
• Living in the Central Belt of Scotland is preferred, with willingness to travel extensively as required.
• Progression towards ACII qualification is desirable but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

Basic salary up to £55,000 plus bonus, car allowance, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
