Job summary

Driver Hire Cardiff is recruiting a permanent LGV 2 (Cat C) driver for a leading chilled food company in the South Wales area. The role is a 12-week Temp to Perm placement with a 40-hour week and involves loading and unloading vehicles.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of commercial driving, a valid Digi card, CPC, and no more than 6 minor points. Physical fitness is required due to loading duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV 2 (Cat C) vehicle across South Wales and South West area.
• Load and unload goods as required during shifts.
• Maintain safety, comply with CPC and road regulations.

Driver Hire Cardiff is currently recruiting for a permanent LGV 2 (Cat C) Driver for our client, a leading company in the chilled food sector, via a 12-week Temp to Perm placement.

Our client is looking for an experienced HGV2 (Cat C) driver to cover both new and existing business they have through the South Wales & South West area.

Ideally, applicants should have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a Digi card, CPC card, and with no more than 6 minor points on your licence.

Due to the nature of the role, this job requires you to be physically fit as you will be loading and unloading the vehicle.
